Refunds and Returns Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Due to the high value of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and review all product specifications before purchasing.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem within a reasonable timeframe.
A major problem is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone buying the item if they has known about it (e.g. damaged or defective)
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will request a repair from the dispatcher for the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired or begun being repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
If you require a refund or return, please get in touch with one of our staff members to begin the verification process. One of our team will chat with you to investigate the issue and come to an resolution.
